Welcome to SharingMinds, a mentorship and collaboration platform built and operated by SoftWeb Networks (“we”, “our”, or “us”).By accessing or using

SharingMinds (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform:

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.

You acknowledge that these Terms form a binding legal contract between you and Infotech Network.

You have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy and Pricing Policy, which form part of these Terms.

SharingMinds and SoftWeb Networks reserves the right to modify or update these Terms anytime, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of those updates.

SharingMinds enables mentors, mentees, and professionals to connect, collaborate, and engage in structured mentorship programs, sessions, and knowledge sharing.Users agree to use the Platform responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Use the Platform for spam, solicitation, or any unauthorized commercial activity.

Interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.

SharingMinds and SoftWeb Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Mentors and mentees are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.

SharingMinds and SoftWeb Networks is not responsible for any advice, guidance, or actions resulting from mentorship sessions.

All text, visuals, software, and branding on SharingMinds are the exclusive property of SharinfMinds and SoftWeb Networks and protected under applicable copyright laws.Users may not reproduce or redistribute any material without prior written consent.

By submitting any content (e.g., profile, articles, testimonials, images), you grant Infotech Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for Platform operation, marketing, or community promotion purposes.

SharingMinds is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.Infotech Network does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Mentorship outcomes and engagements are the responsibility of individual users.

SharingMinds and Softweb Networks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Platform.

Sharingminds and SoftWeb Networks may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated or for operational or legal reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.

This Pricing Policy outlines the fee structure and payment terms for mentors and mentees using the SharingMinds Platform.

All mentors undergo a one-time verification process to ensure credibility and authenticity.

Standard verification fee: INR ₹5,000 (INR)

Waived for Founding Mentors under our early-access program. Applicable against personal invitation only.

Verified mentors subscribe to an annual plan that provides:

Full platform access

AI-based mentee matching

Dashboard analytics & progress tracking

Profile visibility & marketing features

Subscription fees are displayed during onboarding and may vary by region or access tier.

Mentees can book paid mentorship sessions or packages directly through the platform.Mentors set their own session fees, while

SharingMinds may retain a small service fee to cover transaction and platform costs.

Payments are processed securely via authorized gateways.

Subscription renewals are billed annually in advance.

Notifications are sent 30 days before renewal.

Payments are non-refundable once access is activated, except under exceptional cases.

Refunds are considered only if:

A session is cancelled prior to mentor confirmation.

Technical issues prevent participation in a confirmed session.Refunds are processed within

7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Soft Web Network reserves the right to revise prices or introduce new service tiers.Users will be notified in advance through email or dashboard alerts.

At SharingMinds, we believe mentorship thrives in an environment built on trust, respect, and authenticity.This Community & Conduct Policy defines the standards expected from everyone engaging on the platform — mentors, mentees, partners, and contributors.

By joining SharingMinds, you agree to uphold these principles and maintain the integrity of our growing community.

Treat all members with courtesy and respect, regardless of background, gender, beliefs, or experience.

No abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behavior will be tolerated.

Constructive disagreement is welcome; personal attacks are not.

Mentors must provide honest, experience-based guidance — not promotional or misleading claims.

Mentees must use sessions for learning and growth, not solicitation or personal gain.

SharingMinds prohibits any activity that exploits, manipulates, or misrepresents others.

Information shared during mentorship sessions must remain strictly confidential unless both parties consent to disclosure.

Recording, publishing, or redistributing mentorship content without consent is prohibited.

All users must provide accurate information in their profiles.

Falsifying professional credentials or using fake identities can result in account suspension or removal.

Use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and professional purposes.

Do not post or distribute content that is defamatory, infringing, or violates intellectual property rights.

Any form of harassment, solicitation, or financial fraud is grounds for immediate termination.

Do not attempt to bypass SharingMinds’ booking, payment, or verification systems.

Avoid spamming, mass messaging, or any unauthorized data extraction from the platform.

Users can report misconduct or policy violations by emailing support@sharingminds.in

SharingMinds and SoftWeb Networks may investigate and take corrective action, including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

SharingMinds and SoftWeb Networks reserves the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these policies, with or without prior notice, to preserve community integrity.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect new features or compliance requirements.Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any updated version.
